Why did I put this together. Besides, not wanting to miss broadcasts, here are three reasons that I wanted to post them to the Asialakay.com blog to share with you.

This party has everything you are looking for in a Friday night. Music and dancing, drinks and a covered patio, professional VIP photography and friendly servers and security. My first night at Beta on a Friday did not disappoint. The drink that gives you wings, Red Bull, regularly hosts events at the venue. The Red Bull Big Tune, and the Red Bull Thre3Style are 2 of them. But this was my first time there on a Friday night.
Last night, I arrived at Beta at 10:00 PM. There was a mix of clubgoers at the bar, on the dance floor and huddled in front of the giant Funktion 1 speakers, enjoying the sound being brought forth by DJ’s Artifical Intelligence and Dick Brown on the Main Floor. I planned on meeting friends there and found them upstairs in the Beatport Lounge. The sound inside was warm and crisp and the place was relaxing even though the music was loud and thumping.
We went back downstairs to the main floor where beautiful people were getting pictures taken by a professional photographer with lighting and a backdrop. A couple of vodka flavored drinks later, I was out on the dance floor and it was filling up quickly. DJ Shares and guest DJ Tony Arazadon turned the dance floor into an ocean of dancers by playing dance music all night long mixed with pop hits as promised. Two cute (ok…smokin hot) go-go dancers in short blond wigs and tiny costumes rocked the podiums and motivated the sea.
It was time for me to go so I said my goodbyes and made my way out to the main entrance to hail a taxi. I highly recommend this party to kick off your weekend because the staff is super friendly, the sound is superior, and the space is immaculate.

An item that you want to have in your car ipod or for that jog is “Anybody Want a Peanut?” The Debut Solo Album from Sacramento Bay area Mr. Lingo of Live Manikins. This MC is dope! His style is sick and tight. He’s also a part of Geek Thug Radio on the Kumsfm.com Radio network. Call in and geek out about gadgets and video games with the man!
